MY-REIGN SKINCARE orders generally process within 3–5 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, additional processing time may occasionally be necessary.
Yes. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address or contact information provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is received.
Delivery time depends on your shipping destination and service selected at checkout. The estimated delivery window displayed by the carrier begins after your order has finished processing.
Yes. MY-REIGN SKINCARE offers free shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more, subject to the terms displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
It can take a little time for a carrier to scan a newly shipped package into its system. If tracking shows that a label has been created but no movement yet, please allow the carrier additional time to complete its first scan.
First, check around your delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, front desk, or other locations where the carrier may have safely placed the package. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered shortly before physical delivery. If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then reach out to MY-REIGN SKINCARE through our Contact page so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
Contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information carefully before submitting an order.

At this time, MY-REIGN SKINCARE ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future and will update our website if international delivery becomes available.
Product & Ingredients
Our body care products are thoughtfully formulated to provide an elevated cleansing and moisturizing experience for a variety of skin types. Individual skin needs and sensitivities can vary, so we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before first use if your skin is particularly sensitive.
Body Crème provides water-based hydration along with moisturizing and conditioning ingredients, while Body Oil helps soften the skin and reinforce the skin's moisture barrier with an oil-rich finish. They can be used individually or layered together for a more indulgent moisturizing ritual.

No. Many MY-REIGN SKINCARE products are available in beautifully scented options designed to make body care feel like a complete sensory ritual. Fragrance-free options are identified clearly on their individual product pages so you can choose the experience that best suits you.
Ingredient profiles vary by product. Any product-specific dye-free or colorant-free claim will be clearly identified on its product page. Our Reign Ritual Shower Steamers themselves are white and formulated without added colorants, even though their individual wrappers and collection packaging use color to distinguish the different rituals.
Our product pages identify relevant ingredient and “free-from” information for each formula. We encourage customers to review the complete ingredient list for the individual product they are purchasing rather than assuming every MY-REIGN SKINCARE formula is identical.

Where a product is confirmed vegan based on its complete raw-material and supplier documentation, it will be identified as such on the product page.
Absolutely. For a richer moisture ritual, apply Body Crème first, then follow with Body Oil to help seal in moisture and leave the skin feeling soft and conditioned. Body Oil is especially lovely when applied while the skin is still slightly damp.
How To Use
Apply Body Crème first and Body Oil second. The crème provides hydration and moisturization, while the oil makes a beautiful finishing step to help seal in that moisture.
Yes. The bamboo tray is reusable. Allow it to drain and dry thoroughly between uses and avoid leaving it sitting continuously in standing water.
Store products tightly closed in a cool, dry location away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, and moisture. Shower steamers should remain individually wrapped until use to help protect them from humidity and premature activation.
Returns & Exchanges

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, or unsealed personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Unused, unopened, and resalable products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact MY-REIGN SKINCARE through our Contact page before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Contact MY-REIGN SKINCARE through our Contact page with your order number, name, item you would like to return, and reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before mailing your product back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Please report damaged products or packages within 3 days, or 72 hours, of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the damaged product, product packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Because MY-REIGN SKINCARE products are personal care items, direct exchanges may be limited. Eligible unopened products may need to be returned within the 30-day return window, and a new order can then be placed for the preferred item.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by MY-REIGN SKINCARE or another circumstance specifically covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
The return period begins on the date your tracking information shows the order was delivered, not the date the order was placed or shipped.

No. Reign Ritual Shower Steamers are not skincare products and should not be rubbed onto the skin, held against the body, or used as bath bombs. They are intended to release aromatic ingredients into the surrounding shower environment.
As a steamer dissolves, ingredients may reach the shower floor. Use caution, keep the shower area rinsed, and always be mindful of slippery surfaces.
Reign Ritual Shower Steamers are designed as an adult aromatherapy shower product. Keep them out of reach of children and supervise storage carefully. Vapor Veil contains menthol, making appropriate use and storage especially important.
Vapor Veil contains menthol and provides an intentionally strong, cooling aromatic experience. If you are sensitive to menthol, peppermint-like aromas, fragrance, or intense aromatherapy products, choose another ritual or discontinue use if discomfort occurs.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding can change ingredient sensitivities, and individual circumstances differ. We recommend reviewing the complete ingredient list with your healthcare professional if you have questions about using a particular fragranced or essential-oil-containing product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
